Account & Data Deletion for Radius Alerts
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your Radius Alerts
account and all associated data using the methods described below.
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All
your data including alerts, subscription history, profile information, and any uploaded media will
be permanently removed.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- All alerts you have posted
- All images and audio files you have uploaded
- Your subscription and payment history records
- Your support tickets
- Your location history and preferences
- Your push notification subscriptions
Method 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the Radius Alerts app on your device
- Navigate to Profile (tap your profile icon)
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted
Method 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to support@prime-services.in with:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Body: Include the phone number or email address associated with your Radius Alerts
account
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email
once completed.
Important Notes
- If you have an active subscription paid via Razorpay, please cancel your
subscription through the App (Profile > Subscription > Cancel Subscription) before
deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically stop future Razorpay charges for
active subscriptions.
- Some data may be retained in our backup systems for up to 30 days after deletion,
after which it is permanently purged.
- Payment transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by
Indian financial regulations.
- We may retain certain data if legally required to do so (e.g., for fraud prevention or legal
compliance).
