Welcome to Radius Alerts, a mobile application operated by Prime Services ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Definitions

• "App" refers to the Radius Alerts mobile application.
• "User" or "you" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the App.
• "Content" refers to text, images, audio, or other media submitted through the App.
• "Service" refers to all features and functionality provided by the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account using phone number authentication to access the App's features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Radius Alerts offers a free trial period, after which a paid subscription is required to continue using premium features.
• Subscriptions are available in Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual plans.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App's Profile > Subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Refund requests must be submitted to support@prime-services.in within 7 days of a charge. Refunds are processed at our discretion and consistent with applicable Indian law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice to users.
• Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of premium features until billing is resolved.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or spam alerts
• Use the App for illegal or harmful activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

6. User Content

• You retain ownership of Content you create and submit through the App.
• By posting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that Content within the App for its intended purpose.
• You are solely responsible for the Content you post. It must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe on any third party's rights.
• We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms without notice.

7. Location Services

• The App requires access to your device's location to function properly.
• Background location access is used for timely alert delivery.
• You may disable location permissions, but this will limit core App functionality.
• Location data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, features, logos, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Prime Services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Alert information posted by users is accurate or reliable
• The App will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the prior 12 months.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time through the App or via our deletion page.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
