Privacy Policy

Prime Services ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Radius Alerts mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

  • Phone Number: Collected for authentication purposes via Firebase Authentication
  • Profile Information: Display name, profile photo (optional)
  • Location Data: Precise and approximate location continuously collected for radius-based alert delivery
  • Device Sensors (Camera & Microphone): Accessed with your permission to capture photos and voice recordings for alerts
  • Motion & Fitness (Activity Recognition): Your device's physical activity data may be accessed to optimize battery life during location tracking
  • Device Information: Device model, OS version, app version (for support purposes only)

1.2 User-Generated Content

  • Alert Content: Text, voice recordings, and photos you submit
  • Support Messages: Content you send through our support system
  • Reports: Content you submit when reporting inappropriate content

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: App usage patterns, feature usage, session duration
  • Performance Data: Crash reports, error logs, app performance metrics
  • Notification Data: Notification open rates, interaction data

1.4 Payment Information

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit/debit card numbers or bank account details. Razorpay handles all payment processing in accordance with their privacy policy. We receive only transaction status, Razorpay payment ID, and subscription identifiers to manage your subscription access.

2. How We Use Your Information

Primary Purposes:

  • Authentication: Verify your identity and manage your account
  • Core Functionality: Deliver location-based alerts within your configured radius
  • Subscription Management: Process payments via Razorpay and activate/manage your subscription
  • Content Moderation: Review and moderate user-generated content for policy compliance
  • Support: Provide customer support and resolve issues
  • Analytics: Improve app performance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience
  • Communications: Send notifications about alerts, updates, and promotional content (with consent)

3. Data Retention Periods

We retain your data for the following periods:

  • Alerts: 30 days from creation
  • User Profile Data: 365 days from account creation or last activity
  • Support Tickets: 180 days from resolution
  • Analytics Data: 90 days (anonymized after 30 days)
  • Notification History: 90 days
  • Payment Records: 7 years (as required by Indian financial regulations)
  • Referral Events: 365 days from event creation

Data is automatically deleted after these retention periods unless required for legal purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Firebase Services (Google)

  • Firebase Authentication: Phone-based authentication and user management
  • Firebase Firestore: Cloud database for storing user data, alerts, and app data
  • Firebase Storage: Cloud storage for profile pictures
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notification delivery
  • Firebase Functions: Server-side logic for data processing and automation
  • Firebase Analytics: Usage analytics and app performance tracking
  • Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reporting and error tracking

4.2 Razorpay

  • Payment Processing: Secure processing of subscription payments. Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Payment card data never touches our servers.
  • Subscription Management: Handling recurring subscription billing and renewals

4.3 Cloudflare R2

  • Media Storage: Storage for voice recordings and photos (alternative to Firebase Storage for cost optimization)

4.4 AI/ML Services

  • Google Cloud Vision API: Image content moderation

  • Cloud Speech-to-Text: Audio transcription for voice moderation

5. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

  • Regular Audits: Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
