Child Safety Policy

Prime Services ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users of
the Radius Alerts mobile application. The safety and well-being of children is of
utmost importance to us.
1. Age Requirement
Radius Alerts is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 18 to register or use our platform. If we
become aware that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately suspended and all associated
data deleted.
2. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on Radius Alerts:
- Any content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any sexualised content involving minors
- Content that facilitates grooming, trafficking, or exploitation of children
- Any communication designed to gain inappropriate access to children
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or normalises harm to children
Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination and reporting to
relevant law enforcement authorities.
3. Content Moderation
We employ the following measures to prevent harmful content on our platform:
- Automated Moderation: All user-generated content (text, images, and audio) is
scanned using Google Cloud Vision API, Perspective API, and Cloud Speech-to-Text for policy
violations before being published
- Human Review: Flagged content is reviewed by our moderation team within 48
hours
- Zero Tolerance: Any account found sharing content that harms, exploits, or
endangers children is permanently banned immediately
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies
and will report any CSAM or child exploitation content to the appropriate authorities, including
NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
4. Reporting Harmful Content
If you encounter any content that you believe violates this Child Safety Policy, please report it
immediately:
- In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" button on any alert or user profile
- Email: safety@radiusalerts.app
- Response Time: All child safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours
5. Data Practices Related to Minors
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age
- We do not use any data for targeted advertising
- If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information,
please contact us at privacy@radiusalerts.app to
have it deleted immediately
6. Safety Standards Compliance
Radius Alerts is committed to complying with all applicable child safety laws and standards,
including:
- COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
- IT Act 2000 (India) and POCSO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences)
- General data protection principles for minors under GDPR
